Chris Lindgren is a 14-year veteran of the metro Denver real estate market specializing in tenant services and investment buyer opportunities. Chris brings a wealth of diverse and valuable business experience and is highly skilled in office, retail, and industrial tenant representation. This rich experience in business operations is a powerful asset for his clients.

Prior to working as a commercial real estate brokerage Denver agent, he was a GM of a major entertainment complex, a concert and event promoter and a tour manager for a prominent comedian. Chris understands the complexities facing business owners and how negotiating a great deal can lead to years of financial prosperity for tenants and investors. Chris has also managed historic commercial real estate holdings and residential investment properties which gives him unique insights into the mindset of property owners and landlords. This provides his clients with all the smart angles in making the best decisions for their business.

His skill for putting deals together was showcased when he was awarded the RTD FasTracks Light Rail contract over 27 other bidders during his time with Fidelity National Title. He has also won an Employer of the Year award and was also granted The Key to The City. No deal is too large or small for Chris as he thrives on forging strong genuine relationships with his clients based on integrity and friendship.

Fighting for his clients and understanding their perspective is what drives him, but during his free time, Chris enjoys spending valuable time with his family, playing golf and entertaining for friends and neighbors at his Wash Park area house.
